Guarantee Policy

FIT Reservations should be prepaid 30 days prior to the arrival date, except in those cases where another date has been specified or credit has been established in which case, we request that a copy of the voucher be sent as guarantee.

For Holiday Season ( and New Year) prepay should be 45 days prior to date of arrival.

Driver and Guide Meals Policies

A 30 discount on menu and natural or soft drinks are
offered to the Tour Guide in groups of less than 10 people

Cancellation Policies

Reservations cancelled more than 45 days before the reservations arrival date will not be penalized.
Reservations cancelled 44-30 days prior to the reservations arrival date will be charged 25% of the reservation total.
Reservations cancelled 29-15 days prior to the reservations arrival date will be charged 50% of the reservation total.
Reservations cancelled 14-8 days prior to the reservations arrival date will be charged 75% of the reservation total.
Reservations cancelled 7 days or less from the reservations arrival date will be penalized with the full amount of the reservation total.
